A key aspect of our work is taking an active interest in the wellbeing and continued improvement of teachers and support staff throughout their career. By supporting them and introducing them to the capabilities of adventurous learning, we hope to see generations of educators equipped with the tools they need to encourage the thinkers of the future.
Excellent professional development and opportunities are promoted for training teachers, current teachers, leaders, non-teaching staff and aspiring leaders showcasing new technologies and teaching techniques. An adventurous and growth culture is embraced in order to re-vitalise learning and challenge complacency for all those teaching, learning and leading. Professional and sustainable relationships are developed, based on trust and aspiration.

New to Teaching

We have taken part in a number of projects funded by the EU.
Currently we are running a project called Developing Restorative Leadership in Health and Education. This is through funding from the European Social Fund and managed through the DWP (Department of Work and Pensions). We are offering training to those working in Education and Health who will be able to gain an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership. We are working with RJ Working, Veor Surgery, Exeter University and Cornwall College.
